Looking forward to EverQuest Next? Do you have dreams of playing EverQuest Next on your shiny new PlayStation 4? Well, great news! John Smedley, President of Sony Online Entertainment, revealed today in a Reddit Ask Me Anything (AMA) that EverQuest Next will be coming to PS4:

“Yes. We will absolutely be bringing EQN to the Playstation 4!”

EverQuest Next is scheduled to be released later this year. However, Smedley did not reveal a release window for the PS4, so it could be released after the PC. It’ll be interesting to see if EverQuest Next will have a large audience on the PS4, as MMOs have struggled on home consoles.
