Evolution Studios took to the official Twitter account for its racer Driveclub to tease some new tracks for 2016, including four screenshots in various locations.

Replies from fans have thrown around theories of some of the teased tracks being set in France, Italy, Tokyo and more for potential locations.

It wasn't that long ago that Driveclub was a years-long running joke for Sony, from its uncomfortably sensual reveal in 2013 as a PlayStation 4 launch title, to its continued delays pushing its release a full year from the PS4's release, to its completely broken online component for months after release, to the further delays of the long-awaited free PS Plus Edition.

But since release, Evolution Studios has been working hard to turn around the troubled racer's image in the eyes of fans and skeptics alike with a strong showing of post-launch support. The game has seen several new content updates, some free and some paid, as well as being shown off with PlayStation VR support.

Personally, I'm just waiting for Evolution to make another MotorStorm.
