Cult favorite developer and publisher Nihon Falcom has just announced a new game called "Tokyo Xanadu." Nothing is yet known about the game, other than the fact that it will be released in 2015. A teaser site has also launched that shows the game's first piece of art. The game will be the latest entry in the developer's long running "Xanadu" series, which debuted in 1985 for PC. The title has been dormant for nearly ten years when in 2005 Xanadu Next was released in Japan on PC and North America on N-Gage of all consoles.

Judging by the first piece of art released for "Tokyo Xanadu," it seems to take the series in a wildly different and modern direction.

No consoles have yet been announced, but a PS4/PS Vita release seems likely. Check out the art in full below:
