Apparently, while people around the world were complaining about frames per second and 900p resolution in Assassin's Creed Unity, the guys at Ubisoft, or at least whoever had their hands on Far Cry 4's Twitter account earlier today, were making some very bold claims.

We have not locked the resolution as yet but, as Alex Hutchinson notes, we are aiming for 1080p on all platforms, including PC...

Ubisoft has stated in the past that they were aiming for 1080p and 30 FPS for Xbox One and PS4, but the recent tweet suggests that they're taking things one step further.

The tweet references Alex Hutchinson, creative director at Ubisoft Montreal, who in an interview with Game Reactor stated that the developers of Far Cry 4 wanted to make the game "pretty much the same" across all platforms.

Far Cry 4 releases on November 18, 2014 in North America and Europe on PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC.
