If you missed out on Evoland back in 2013 then you really should check it out. We gave it a 4 out of 5 and with good reason -- this action RPG was suitably excellent.

Today developer Shiro Games revealed the sequel's surprisingly wordy title (along with a first glimpse of its gameplay). Evoland 2: A Slight Case of Spacetime Continuum Disorder once again spans the history of video games from their pixel roots to polygons, but now they're not restricted to RPGs. Shooters, platformers, beat 'em ups and more will all receive homage.

Evoland 2 is coming to Windows, Mac, and Linux for $19.99. The release date is tentatively set for summer 2015 on PC (with other OS launches still to be decided).
