God of War Officially Announced for PC, Coming January 2022

Santa Monica Studios and PlayStation Studios today announced that the acclaimed God of War is coming to PC early next year.

The 2018 title was a huge hit when it launched on PS4 three years ago. To date, the game has sold over 19.5 million copies worldwide and garnered universal acclaim. On January 14, 2022, a whole new group of players will get to explore the legendary title on PC through either the Epic Games Store or Steam.

God of War on PC will include all the same content and features of the PS4 version, but with additional graphical and performance feature. That includes options for 4K and unlocked framerates. PC players can also expect higher shadow resolution, improved screen space reflections, and NVIDIA DLSS support for RTX. Finally, there’ll be 21:9 ultra-widescreen support for those who want to absorb more of the game’s beauty. The game will feature support controller support for DualShock 4 and DualSense wireless controllers, as well as keyboard and mouse with the ability to fully customize the bindings.

  • Exile’s Guardian Shield Skin
  • Buckler of the Forge Shield Skin
  • Shining Elven Soul Shield Skin
  • Dökkenshieldr Shield Skin
