Deck building RPG Gordian Quest will soon be leaving early access, with the full version launching via Steam on June 23. The complete release will include four acts, ten playable heroes, three game including the newly-added Endless mode. Major features beyond these include highly customizable heroes, turn-based gameplay and rogue-lite elements.

Gordian Quest’s most unique feature is its card-based progression system. Players collect various cards in order to build a deck capable of maximizing their heroes’ combat abilities. This is then combined with individual characters’ traits, skills and synergy with the other heroes in order to fuel the player’s overall strategy. There are reportedly hundreds of skills and plenty of gameplay styles to choose from, so its replayability is likely fairly high for those fans of the RPG and strategy genres.
