Voice actor Hannah Telle has revealed that the commercial success and mass following that has emerged from Dontnod Entertainment’s Life Is Strange has “definitely exceeded all of my expectations.”
Not only was Telle impressed with the title’s popularity, sales figures and critical reception, she praised the fans of Life Is Strange, calling the online community “phenomenal.”
“Every day, I have at least one moment where the success of the game blindsides me and I have to remind myself that this is real!” Telle told Hardcore Gamer in an exclusive interview.
Life Is Strange has had four out of its five episodes released since the beginning of 2015, with Dontnod currently putting its full attention towards completing the development on the final chapter in the title, Episode 5: Polarized.
While Episode 5: Polarized is yet to receive an official release date, Telle suggested that the final instalment in Life Is Strange will be a significant moment in Maxine Caulfield’s story, as she claims the protagonist will undergo some sort of “Transformation.”
Meanwhile, Telle has insisted that Dontnod has been tackling hot-topic issues maturely in Life Is Strange and that fellow co-star Ashly Burch “fully embodies the spirit of Chloe [Price].”
Life Is Strange Episode 5: Polarized is scheduled for release on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC.
