Idea Factory International, known for the moe, story-heavy and turn-based Hyperdimension Neptunia series, just announced that their first-ever SRPG is getting localized to Western markets.

Set in a similar but different world than its sister series, Hyperdevotion Noire: Goddess Black Heart takes place in Gamarket, in which four nations are at war for control of the world. However, and in typical JRPG fashion, they must unite in the face of a new and powerful enemy.

The CPUs will engage in tactical strategy RPG combat, where characters will grow stronger as their bonds strengthen on the battlefield. Relationships will play a big role in both narrative character development and stat boosting.

Outside of combat, players will be able to engage in the "Sim Noire" mode, customizing the characters' home and socializing with virtual friends. Also, deep customization options and all the colorful skirts your heart could possibly desire.

Hyperdevotion Noire is set for an early 2015 release on PlayStation Vita.
