J-Star Victory came out quite a while ago, despite just recently being announced for a North American and European release this coming summer. Although we ourselves talked about the high likelihood of the game coming West, many never expected it to, and thus were pleasantly surprised by Bandai Namco's announcement. Nevertheless, it's not just the PS3 version we're getting here, though; we're also getting our mitts on PlayStation 4 and Vita iterations.

This week's Taipei Game Show was the first showcase for J-Stars Victory VS+, giving us brand new gameplay footage. In the off-screen video we see a team battle spotlighting Naruto, Himura Kenshin, and Yusuke Urameshi going toe-to-toe with Ichigo, Taro Yamada, and Toriko. It's a star-studded lineup and one that will entice fans familiar with Naruto, RuRouni Kenshin, YuYu Hakusho, Bleach, Chinyuki, and Toriko. If those names mean nothing to you, well, then, you're not watching enough anime.

Anyhow, lay eyes on the video below for a look at the goodness.
