Jump Force, Bandai Namco’s new fighter celebrating fifty years of Shonen Jump, launches on Friday, February 15. For those unfamiliar with the game, it’s basically a mashup of all the popular heroes and villains from some of the biggest series seen in Japanese anime and manga. There’s a story tying Jump Force together, but that’s not really the point of this game. The point is to bring all these crazily over-powered characters together and finally see who will come out on top in the end!
Jump Force is a 3v3 fighting game in a style similar to Dragon Ball FighterZ. Players pick a team of their favorites and then jump into battle against friends, AIĀ opponents or online strangers. The game also sports a campaign complete with character creator, so fans can enjoy the goings on as their very own original character if they want.
Jump Force launches on February 15 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Those who pre-ordered it can play starting tomorrow, February 12.
