Upon the release of Askiisoft and Devolver Digital's side-scrolling madness, some regions of the world were not able to play. Australia and New Zealand had actually refused to classify Katana Zero and was not available at launch for Nintendo Switch. That was a little over a month ago but now there is good news!

Devolver Digital announced on Twitter that the game will be releasing in mid-June for those countries. This comes after the team resubmitted the game for approval as it has many mature themes. The timing could actually work out well for everyone who had to wait. Katana Zero just received an update the other day with some added features. So, you're sort of getting even more content upon release.
