The Logitech G502 LIGHTSPEED has been completely re-engineered. The team researched what was needed to make this innovation possible. The mouse will drop seven grams in weight and borrowed some of the design changes that were implemented into the Logitech G PRO Wireless Gaming Mouse. This includes a new thin wall design and endoskeleton chassis.
Outside of the inclusion of wireless Powerplay capabilities, the G502 LIGHTSPEED will include the company's next generation HERO 16K sensor. It is engineered for performance and precision all while keeping its design and the 11 programmable buttons that are customizable via the Logitech G HUB Software. Lastly, the G502 LIGHTSPEED will include a dual-mode Hyper-fast scroll wheel and an adjustable weight system with six weights - four at 2g and two at 4g. The mouse will also be PVC free and feature Plastic Neutral Certification, which means Logitech has a partnership that will help fun the Plastic Bank programs to help remove ocean-bound plastic from the environment. The Logitech G502 LIGHTSPEED Wireless Gaming Mouse is expected to be available on LogitechG.com and at global retailers in May 2019 for a suggested retail price of $149.99.
