July is a busy month for Marvel media, as the release of Spider-Man: Far From Home in theaters (complete with tie-in DLC for Insomniac’s Spider-Man game) and Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order both happen in the next few weeks.

Now, this month just got more interesting for comic book fans, as Marvel Games has revealed that they are planning on hosting a Hall H-worthy panel at this year’s San Diego Comic Con, which takes place from July 18-21. The panel kicks off at 1:30 PM PT on July 18, where Marvel Games VP Bill Rosemann, along with “special guests”, is set to show off “exciting new content” from Square Enix’s Avengers game, the aforementioned Ultimate Alliance 3 (which is launching the day after the panel) and Iron Man VR, plus “many unannounced surprises.” This may very well be the first chance that fans get to see direct gameplay from Marvel’s Avengers after a behind closed doors demo at E3 last month, although whether that gameplay is then shared with the general public is still questionable.
