A few weeks ago, we reported the sad news that Marvel vs. Capcom: Origins would be delisted from PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade by the end of the year. Sadly, that has officially come to pass today with the Xbox Live version of the game no longer available on the service. The PSN version was removed last week.

No word on why the fighter -- an upgraded compilation of Marvel Super Heroes and Marvel vs. Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes -- will be removed just over two years after release.

The delisting comes in the wake of Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Video Game and Uno also being delisted from the service. No word on why.
