Monster Hunter is known for having lots of optional event quests for players to participate in, and we've gotten our first look at quests coming out until mid February. Unlike past titles, these events in Monster Hunter: World are currently on time limits and will need to be completed within certain dates in order to participate.
There are currently 8 quests coming up in the schedule all of which will be listed below with dates, exclusivity, rank required and monsters that are currently known to appear in the quests.
Quest: Lessons of the Wild (PS4 Exclusive)
Objective: Slay 8 Barnos
Rank Requirement: HR 6 or Higher
Time frame: January 26 - February 8
Quest: Chew The Fat
Objective: Slay 2 Great Jagras
Rank Requirement: None
Time frame: January 26 - February 1
Quest: Ya-Ku With That?
Objective: Hunt All Target Monsters (Kulu Ya-Ku and Tzitzi-Ya-Ku)
Rank Requirement: HR 6 or Higher
Time frame: February 2 - February 8
Quest: Flesh Cleaved To Bone
Objective: Hunt All Target Monsters (Radobaan and Odogoran)
Rank Requirement: HR 8 or Higher

Quest: Kirin The Myth
Objective: Slay 2 Kirin
