The definitive edition of the most recent MX vs ATV game, Supercross, will come to PS4 and PC on October 27.

Encore will cost thirty dollars on PSN and Steam, and will see a complete overhaul on graphics. It will feature seventeen Supercross tracks filled with jumps and ramps, twelve Nationals, four Waypoint races, two large Open World tracks where you and your friends can roam free in and five "Rhythm Racing" tracks. Players will be able to play through a career with one of sixty professional racers or create their own character in the creator.

“We transferred our exclusive physics and terrain deformation systems to the new generation of hardware with upgraded high res graphics," said Rainbow Studios Executive Producer, Ken George. "We also expanded the game quite a bit. We started by updating all the gear and bikes, then resurrected and updated some popular outdoor Nationals tracks along with adding the all new straight line Rhythm Racing to make this a true Encore Experience.” Also notable is the split screen mode, where you and a friend can play with each other old-school couch co-op style.

The studio is now working on bringing the game to Xbox One, although the release on the 27th will be exclusive to PS4 and PC.
