Nintendo not being part of E3 in its usual capacity has been talked about again and again since the company first made the rather shocking announcement. Since then, we have been stuck wondering just what kind of role they would play in gaming's largest expo taking place in just a few short weeks. Well, during today's Nintendo Direct, Reggie Fils-Aime unveiled that they will indeed be part of E3, as will all of us -- the gamers. Fils-Aime announced that the Big N will be partnering with 100 different Best Buy stores during the week of the convention to allow consumers to come in and play a whole host of the company's unreleased games. Reggie did not specify which games would be available, though we suspect those details will be let loose in the coming weeks.

If you ask us, this is rather brilliant; and could very well change how we experience E3 going forward.
