School time is almost here, and Nintendo wants to send kids and parents back in style.

Nintendo doesn’t make clothes, backpacks, or school supplies (though they do license their properties out to companies that do make these supplies), but that doesn’t mean they can’t offer back-to-school deals. Indeed, they want kids and parents to have a little more fun before school begins. To do this, the company is discounting a bunch of games and offering a section of new bundles.

“These back-to-school deals are some of the best and most varied we have ever offered,” said Doug Bowser, Nintendo of America’s Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “Now is clearly the best time to get started on your essential Nintendo game collection.”

Starting August 26, some of the biggest Nintendo games on Wii U and 3DS will be joinging the Nintendo Selects lineup. This means that you’ll be able to grab the following games for only $19.99:

  • Animal Crossing: New Leaf (3DS)
  • Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon (3DS)
  • Tomodachi Life (3DS)
  • Nintendogs + cats: Golden Retriever & New Friends (3DS)
  • LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins (3DS)
  • The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD (Wii U)
  • Nintendo Land (Wii U)
  • LEGO City Undercover (Wii U)

Also on August 26, Nintendo will launch the Super Mario 3D Land Edition New Nintendo 3DS bundle that includes a white New 3DS, a pre-installed digital copy of Super Mario 3D Land, and two Mario-themed cover plates. The bundle will be available for $149.99, but can only be purchased at Wal-Mart and Target locations.

Beginning September 9, Nintendo will be bundling selection Wii U games with certain Amiibo figures. Each will be priced at $39.99. Here are the following options along with each Amiibo’s functionality in-game:

  • Yoshi’s Woolly World (Pink Yarn Yoshi) - Activates “Double Yoshi” in single-player mode, allows players to save favorite collected patterns to the Amiibo figure
  • Yoshi’s Woolly World (Light Blue Yarn Yoshi) - Activates “Double Yoshi” in single-player mode, allows players to save favorite collected patterns to the amiibo figure
  • Mario Party 10 (Princess Peach) - Play with and customize the amiibo in Party Mode
  • Mario Party 10 (Bowser) - Play with and customize the amiibo in Party Mode
  • Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker (Toad) - Unlocks a hide-and-seek challenge

Finally, available now is the 2DS + Mario Kart 7 bundle. This bundle comes with a 2DS unit that is pre-installed with a copy for Mario Kart 7. It’s also the most affordable Nintendo bundle available at $79.99.
