NVIDIA has officially launched its new Turing GPU, the GTX 1660 Ti. It is available at retailers worldwide and looks to provide the best performance for 1080p enthusiasts. This card is 1.5x as powerful as the GTX 1060, as the GTX 1660 Ti looks to grab hold of the mid-tier market. Retailing for $279, the GTX 1660 Ti also provides the best performance per watt of any GPU in its class at only 120 watts. Gamers can expect to get 120 FPS on popular games such as Fortnite and Apex Legends. NVIDIA also has implemented new software that allows for video and photo highlights of games. With NVIDIA Highlights, more than 35 games are already supported and the software will automatically capture highlights from the likes of TEkken 7, Final Fantasy XV and PUBG. NVIDIA Ansel allows for photos to be taken in more than 70 games including Metro Exodus and Battlefield V. The GTX 1660 Ti is also fairly easy to overclock to provide even better performance.
