In a brief interview with Siliconera during GDC this week, Nintendo of America’s Senior Marketing Manager Damon Baker confirmed that over 50 upcoming Wii U games are using the Unity technology.

Additionally, Baker revealed that the company has “17 [more games] that are currently in the pipeline, that have been submitted. So they will all be out within the next two months.” Despite the console’s struggle to gain a wide audience, and reports that merely 4% of developers surveyed prior to GDC are looking to create software for it, it’s nice to know that there are at least some willing to bring content to the console.
