At the very tail end of last month, Nintendo released the sequel to their 2D platformer creation title, with our review calling it a “creator’s dream.”

The numbers certainly back this up, as Nintendo revealed on their Twitter account today that over two million Super Mario Maker 2 levels have been created and uploaded over the past twelve days. While any official sales numbers have yet to be revealed, this certainly seems to indicate that the sequel is pleasing a large number of fans, and that number will only continue to grow in the weeks and months to come.
