Sony announced this week that it would be having a huge sale going into E3 2017. It announced a gold PlayStation 4 Slim that would retail for $249.99, the gold colored headset, and a sale across the board on DualShock 4 controllers. A few games such as Horizon: Zero Dawn and MLB 17: The Show would retail at $39.99 at retail outlets and online. As the day hit, even more sales are apparent. Currently, until June 10, the Target Cartwheel app will add another 30% off of the DualShock controllers. If purchased online and grouped with the Cartwheel discount, players can pick up any colored (including the new gold) DualShock 4 for under $30. That's a huge discount and half the normal price.

Other games to see a sale besides what was announced is Battlefield 1 and its many different editions, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, Final Fantasy XV, Nioh, and The Last Guardian. Games are even cheaper with a PlayStation Plus subscription. Battlefield 1 can be had for under $25 if a member. If you are not a member, you can save $10 on a year membership. Lastly, if you spend over $100 in the store, you will receive a $15 credit on your account. To take maximum advantage of this, you can purchases two years of Plus and add a $0.49 avatar and get the free $15 credit. Players also have the potential to save money on apparel this week by following the instructions on the official Days of Play Sale website. There may be more games that get added over to this as it last until June 16.
