Last week, we announced that Nintendo teased a big Pokémon announcement for January 8th (that's tomorrow for those keeping score). Luckily for Pocket Monster fans everywhere, that news has been followed up on today with Nintendo branches around the world tweeting that the news will be revealed tomorrow at 6 AM EST via a a Nintendo Direct event hosted by company president Satoru Iwata.

The event will last a whopping 10 minutes, so it's up to you if it's worth getting up early/staying up late for. It could be a 3DS Pokemon, the shame of which missing the announcement for live would haunt you forever. So...plan accordingly.
