Sledgehammer Games and Activision will officially reveal Call of Duty: WWII today.

Call of Duty fans have been waiting for this day for years. Ever since Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare ushered in advanced movement fans never asked for, and pushed the franchise into a time period few wanted, everyone has been waiting for Call of Duty to go back to it's roots. That day has finally come with the official reveal of Call of Duty: WWII, which takes the franchise back to World War II.

Sledgehammer's second Call of Duty title will be fully revealed via a live stream. You'll be able to watch it via Call of Duty's official Twitch and YouTube channels. Expect to see a trailer featuring in-game footage, as well as a discussion about the game and the development process. We also expect, based on leaked marketing materials, to get some details about upcoming editions for the game. It is unknown if we'll hear much about the multiplayer or co-op modes during the reveal. In the past, Call of Duty multiplayer reveals typically have a separate reveal. Finally, we'll get a firm release date, which is currently rumored to be November 3.
