Even though they formed nearly three years ago, Respawn Entertainment, the studio formed by former Infinity Ward Call of Duty developers Jason West and Vince Zampella, have yet to publish or even officially announce a release. All of that could soon change, however, with Zampella announcing that the company will "finally" be at E3 this year.

EA has long teased a release from Respawn, said to be a large "sci-fi oriented" project to compete with AAA franchises. If a Respawn game is announced, it will most likely be said game and it could be the cornerstone of EA's press conference at the show.

With E3 just months away, it's shaping up to be one of the most monumental incarnations of the event yet.
