Xbox Game Pass remains one of the best deals in all of gaming - and Microsoft has revealed the lineup of games arriving and leaving for September for both console and PC. On the console side of things, September 5 sees the release of Dead Cells alongside Metal Gear Solid 2 and 3 HD Edition whipe September 6 sees the release of Creature in the Well and Gears 5 Ultimate Edition (for Game Pass Ultimate members) with standard Game Pass users gaining access to the standard version on September 10. On September 12, Enter the Gungeon and Gonner Blueberry Edition hit - offering up some retro-inspired thrills. Unfortunately, games will be leaving as well, with Onrush leaving today and September 6 seeing the end of LEGO Batman 2, Joy Ride Turbo, Splosion Man, and The Maw. September 30 sees the end of LEGO Indiana Jones, Shantae: Half-Genie Hero, Split/Second, Ninja Gaiden Black, and TheHunter.

PC users still get Dead Souls and Gears 5 on the same dates as console users, but gain Bad North: Jotuun Edition and Creature in the Well alongside Shadow Warrior 2. Other than Gears 5, nothing else is given a set release date - which is a bit odd. However, with Game Pass on PC still being in beta, I guess it makes sense to have a few rough edges here and there. Game Pass on either platform remains a great value, although having it console-only still isn't a bad deal as it gives you access to everything that was previously Play Anywhere like Gears 4 and the PC versions of the Forza Motorsport and Horizon games.
