Today, Sony Computer Entertainment and Unity Technologies have announced that they will provide Unity Pro to all licensed developers at no extra cost.

This will allow development on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita. Developers will have more features and it will enhance the performance of all their projects. Currently there are a lot of Unity-authored games already released or in development like Broforce, CounterSpy, Galak-Z, Oddworld: New'N Tasty, Just the Tip and The Golf Club to name a few. You can see a list of Unity developed games here.

Independent developers interested in using Unity can reach out to their PlayStation representative to become an approved developer and start receiving specialized PlayStation ready versions of Unity Pro.
