Star Wars: Battlefront has a $50 Season Pass and we have no idea what content it will include, and it looks like we're going to be in the dark for a while longer.

Speaking during an earnings conference, EA COO Peter Moore confirmed that details concerning the four Star Wars: Battlefront expansion packs will be announced in the "coming weeks". He did offer a brief tease of what to expect from the different expansion packs.

"What we've announced is four extra packs over the next 12-18 months coming post launch," Moore said. "You'll see new universes, you're gonna see new player actions, obviously new weaponry as well."

The Star Wars: Battlefront Season Pass was announced as the beta ended. For $50, players were told they'd get four expansion packs, two-weeks early access, and an exclusive emote. It was this lack of detail that sparked a backlash towards EA and Dice. If DLC for Star Wars: Battlefront is anything like Battlefield 4, then players should expect four new maps, a handful of new weapons and vehicles, and perhaps two new heroes (one for the Rebels and one for the Imperials). Sold separately, the packs will likely cost $14.99 each.

Star Wars: Battlefront is out November 17 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The Season Pass is available for purchase right now, but we highly recommend you wait for details regarding the content.
