Normally, big EA releases are included in EA Access and Origin Access for 10 hour trials. This allows prospective game owners to play games for 10 hours, with some exceptions – like Unravel getting a two level trial because the game itself wasn’t 10 hours long. It was a bit of a bummer, but no huge deal. Today, the EA Access FAQ was updated to show that Titanfall 2 will be excluded from EA Access. On one hand, it makes sense because this is a huge release and the franchise’s history likely depends on its future. On the other, Titfanfall has remained relevant thanks to EA Access and not making its sequel playable via trial is a bit of an insult to those who have kept the game alive by playing it constantly, and the trial version could expand the fanbase.
