BradyGames has Tomb Raider: The Ten Thousand Immortals available on their site for pre-order. The novel expands the lore of Tomb Raider as Lara Croft hurries to save her friend from a toxic infection. While doing so, she tries to unlock the mysteries of an ancient artifact. To make things worse, a shadowy group is on the hunt for the artifact as well.

The events takes place within the same storyline as the award-winning game released last March. The novel is written by novelist and comic book writer Dan Abnett with the help of the developers at Crystal Dynamics. It will be interesting to see how this story affects the rest of the series.
