Memes kind of rule the internet and after G2's awful performance at MSI they've definitely created one.

G2 announced that after the regular season they wanted to give the group a nice break. I mean they just won the EU LCS Spring split and wanted to give themselves a nice pat on the back. The other teams realized, however, that MSI wasn't just a nice getaway/congratulations for their accomplishment and actually trained for it.

So G2 finished at the bottom of the standings and screwed the EU LCS out of good seeding at Worlds. G2 has taken the whole thing in stride though and even announced that vacation is over with this nice YouTube video.
