Newton and the Apple Tree was originally released in Japan earlier this year. Over the weekend, Sol Press launched a campaign to bring this visual novel to the west in May 2018.

Oftentimes it takes a classic, established game to draw attention. Fortunately it seems there are many Laplacian fans who helped to boost this Kickstarter over its goal with ease. The goal was $31,200 and has already been funded.

The Special Episodes for Newton and the Apple Tree were also already unlocked via the first stretch goal. Next come a trio of Light Novels. The Kickstarter remains open until January 3.
