It's time to d-d-d-duel in Bandai Namco's upcoming Jump Force! Yami Yugi has been confirmed as an added hero to the Jump roster. While we don't know his exact move-set just yet, it appears that the infamous playing cards will be at the King of Games' disposal. It will be interesting to see how these cards will stack up against fighters of a more physical nature. The roster for Jump Force is growing with heavy hitters from major shōnen already in place. Confirmed characters will include:
- Goku, Vegeta, Frieza (Dragon Ball Z)
- Naruto, Sasuke (Naruto)
- Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, Blackbeard, Sabo (One Piece)
- Light, Ryuk (Death Note)
- Ichigo, Rukia, Aizen (Bleach)
- Gon, Hisoka (Hunter x Hunter)
Jump Force will serve as the spiritual successor to J-Stars Victory VS. While characters are still being confirmed and gameplay is still in development, Jump Force is predicted to have a 2019 release.
