Here's a quick word of warning for those putting off a purchase of Yoshi's Cookie for five years for some reason: Nintendo will be discontinuing the game come tomorrow. On Friday October 18, the game will no longer be available to purchase from the Virtual Console. Nintendo also claims that the game will not be able to be re-downloaded after that time by those who've already bought it, but many have reported that they've had no issues doing so with other delisted games.

So make sure to snag the game if you want it (500 Wii Points) or have it downloaded to be on the safe side if you already own it, or you'll never be able to play it again. Unless you play it on the NES *shudders*.
