Rumored at the end of last week, Ubisoft has officially confirmed the existence of Assassin's Creed Liberation HD. The once PlayStation Vita exclusive will be heading to the current generation consoles, hopefully reaching a much broader audience. Considering Ubisoft's strong push for multi-platform releases, this isn't a huge surprise, but we always want to see more exclusive experiences.

Assassin's Creed Liberation HD will be out on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC sometime in 2014, adding new missions, modified controls, and of course, upgraded visuals. If you're wondering how the Vita version held up late last year, be sure to read our full review.
