Ubisoft is remastering the classic Assassin's Creed games starring Ezio Auditore da Firenze to create Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection.

Assassin's Creed II and Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, despite being very old, are still considered by many to be the best entries in the franchise. The newer games can't ever seem to get the protagonists, missions, or even the open-world right. Both of these games managed to give us the best protagonist an Assassin's Creed game has ever had with Ezio Auditore da Firenze, missions that were meaningful and always gave Ezio something to do, and worlds that were beautiful and uncluttered with random minutia. Ubisoft wants us to remember what Assassin's Creed used to be like, which is why we're getting Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection.

The Ezio Collection consists of the three games that make up Ezio's story; Assassin's Creed II, Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, and Assassin's Creed: Revelations. All three games have been remastered with enhanced graphics for PS4 and Xbox One. The collection comes packaged with all single player DLC. Unfortunately, the multiplayer modes and all DLC associated with them will not be included in the package.

Players will relive the life of Ezio as he begins his life as novice assassin in Renaissance Italy, to a veteran in Rome, and finally as a master in 16th-century Constantinople. Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection is out November 17 on PS4 and Xbox One.
