Get ready anime fans! Today, Spike-Chunsoft released a brand new trailer for their updated version of Attack on Titan: Last Wings of Mankind CHAIN (進撃の巨人～人類最後の翼～CHAIN) for Nintendo 3DS. The trailer showcases several of the game's modes that, although included in the previous version of the game, will feature new missions and some expanded gameplay. Brand new cutscenes will also be included, but the most notable feature about this particular update is the multiplayer option, which will now allow players to interact with each other online.

For those of you not too familiar with the game's anime, Attack on Titan is an apocalyptic anime set in a steampunk world where giants, or "titans," have overrun the planet and threaten to wipe out the small remainder of surviving humans. The anime has received critical acclaim worldwide and the 3DS game has been a major hit on the Japanese market so far.

The game will be released in Japan on December 4, 2014 for 4980 yen, though owners of the previous version of the game will be able to upgrade for a hefty price of 2000 yen.
