Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth has been out for about a year in Japan, but was only recently translated and released in North America thanks to fans around the world. There are many Digimon games that we never see over here. Fan communities like Operation Decode rallied with petitions and other mass social network initiatives to make sure this RPG in the franchise wouldn’t be missed.

In the video we see the people who worked on the localization give their thanks to fans for allowing them to make Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth happen in North America. Specifically, they site the fervor of the more than 65K fans that signed a petition on change.org. The game is a turn-based RPG set in the near future where players must hack and battle their way to saving the internet.

Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth has been available for PS4 and PS Vita since February 2, 2016 in North America and February 5, 2016 in Europe. It was originally released in Japan on March 12, 2015 for PS Vita.
