North American game developers don't know how good they have it. Sure, they might have to work unpaid overtime, spend countless hours begging people to back their doomed Kickstarter or kiss goodbye to their social life to develop the scenery nobody even cares about in a AAA title, but at least they don't have to contend with man-eating bears being set loose in their working environment. But that's exactly what's happened over at Bitbox Lt. in Russia.

A bear was set loose into the office of the Life is Feudal developers and thankfully didn't kill anybody. He did, however, help develop some AI before partaking in some sweet, sweet bear pornography. He also sat it on a staff meeting before he's promoted.

Just another day in the life of a Russian bear.
