Just a few days before the release of Breath of the Wild, GDC hosted three directors for the title who highlighted some of the big changes to the Zelda series in the latest game. The panel starts off talking about how the game started from an idea on a 2D world and goes on to cover how the various new mechanics, art style and story came together over the years it was being worked on.
