After having spent a year back in the series' traditional World War 2 setting, Call of Duty it would appear is going back to the future with Treyarch's upcoming next iteration, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. The multiplayer trailer, which kicked off the community reveal today, showcased some of the game, confirming that Specialists will be featured once more -- some of which are returning faces from the previous Black Ops entrant -- whom come with their own custom abilities and perks in what is a more grounded, boots-on-the-ground affair this time round. No boosting, no wall-running.

Interestingly though, Black Ops 4 is not a sequel in the traditional sense, as it's been confirmed that the game is set between the events of Black Ops 2 and Black Ops 3. Check out the multiplayer reveal below and be on the look out for the game when it launches October 12 for PS4, Xbox One & PC.
