After a Kickstarter last year, mystery visual novel Fatal Twelve is headed for release. The premise brings some familiar if peculiar, setups: high schooler Shishimai Rinka runs a café called Lion House, for her grandmother. She wasn't any sort of person out of the ordinary but one day, she shielded her friend, Hitsuji Naomi, from an explosion on a train. The blast should have killed her but instead, she found herself back at the Lion House, talking to friends as if nothing happened. If the premise has anyone vividly on the fence about it, there's also a free demo available to try.

See the opening video of the game below. Fatal Twelve is out in March for PC.
