Portal's influence has indeed been far-reaching but ChromaGun's take on the whole thing may interest people yet. ChromaGun takes a shot at the whole first-person centralized puzzle mechanic racket with a color-based mechanic. In ChromaGun, the puzzles get a bit of a commentary from the non-robot voice of a snarky test moderator. Fortunately for those who are bit more skeptical, ChromaGun seems perfectly aware of the specific game it looks like. It doesn't quite care, deciding to be the best it can be given the obvious inspirations.
