Fiddlesticks’ first title, the somber and philosophical 2D platformer Hue, is now available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

Hue tells the story of the titular protagonist and his search for a mysterious woman, who lies trapped in a realm of “invisible colors”. Hue’s journey grants him the ability to change the colors of the world through a device known as the Annular Spectrum, which comes in use to help the player solve puzzles, remove obstacles, and survive the dangers that Hue encounters. Featuring a peaceful soundtrack, dozens of puzzles, and a unique graphical presentation, Hue aims to entice puzzle-platforming fans to its cool (and warm) world.

Available as of today on the platform above, Hue will also be arriving on PlayStation Vita sometime next month. Be sure to check out the launch trailer below, as well as Hardcore Gamer’s review of the title, which commends Hue’s consistent gameplay and presentation, despite a somewhat lackluster story.
