Street Fighter V and Evolution Championship series (also known as EVO) will be arriving on ESPN for the very first time on Sunday, July 17. Street Fighter V has received some flack this year from launching a game with minimal single player features, but from the competitive perspective it is highly regarded.

With today's DLC drop and the announcement of a strong 5065 entrants for Street Fighter V, the game is getting a lot of attention and even more will be coming with it arriving on ESPN 2.

Capcom released a commercial on the official Street Fighter V YouTube page which you can view below. The Top 8 of Street Fighter V from EVO will be showing live on the given date at 10PM ET / 7PM PT. This move is a step in the right direction to get eSports some respect and recognition.
