The latest entry in the Final Fantasy series, ten years in the making, has finally gone gold. This means it's officially complete and ready to be printed and shipped.

Along with a beautifully crafted CG trailer, publisher Square Enix has also confirmed that the last piece of DLC in the Season Pass which they had previously called, "a completely new way to play the game," is in fact a 4 player coop expansion titled "Comrades."

The rest of the Final Fantasy XV's Season Pass, which is in full development now that the game has gone gold, will focus of three separate episode, all of which are based on Noctis' friends. The Season Pass costs $24.99 and will cover every planned DLC.

Final Fantasy XV still isn't out until until November 29 but it going gold almost ensures that it won't be delayed again, but we're talking about Final Fantasy XV here; anything could happen.
