At launch, Fire Emblem Warriors will have 20+ heroes to play as and will add more through three DLC packs. The first will arrive in December and will add characters from Fire Emblem: Fates. The next is set to release in February 2018 and add warriors from Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon. The final pack will drop in March 2018 and add heroes from Fire Emblem: Awakening. Each pack will include three new heroes, new weapons and costumes, new support conversations and three new "history" scenarios. All of these packs will also be included in a season pass that will be available once Fire Emblem: Warriors is released. Finally, there are also two new amiibo coming out, one each for Tiki and Chrom.

Fire Emblem Warriors will be available on October 20 for Nintendo Switch and 3DS.
