The Forza franchise has had some unexpected DLC tie-ins - including one for the Fast and the Furious film franchise. Today, an all-new expansion pack was announced focusing on the legendary Hot Wheels license. Kids of the '90s who grew up with Hot Wheels cars such as myself are going to be in heaven. On May 9, Forza Horizon 3 Hot Wheels hits both the Xbox One and Windows 10 PC storefronts. You can race on miles of orange Hot Wheels tracks using vehicles like the Twin Mill, the Rip Rod, and the Boneshaker alongside licensed vehicles.

Stunts are a huge part of Hot Wheels, and its new campaign will place an emphasis on that and allow you to earn 28 new achievements in the process. This mix of stunt racing and Forza adds a touch of Trackmania to the game - and a track editor will also be included alongside it, giving fans the ability to make a course for the first time in franchise history. This DLC launches on May 9 for $19.99 as a standalone purchase, or you can buy it as part of the expansion pass right now.
