The first trailer has been released for the upcoming tactical team-based shooter set in the Ghost in the Shell universe, First Assault. Players will take the role of an augmented soldier fighting on the streets of a cyberpunk world, advancing and mastering their characters with unlocks and upgrades. Each character will be customizable with specialized body augmentations, weapon attachments and enhances abilities and will have exclusive attributes reflecting the original franchise.

First Assault also features “SkillSync,” allowing players to leverage shared cyber-abilities with nearby teammates in combat modes to augment and increase their skills. By using SkillSync in smart and tactical ways, teammates can work together in devastating combinations in battle.

Those interested in the game (which seems to have a lot of money behind it evidenced by the use of Imagine Dragons' "Radioactive" in the trailer) can sign up for the beta here.
